Customer Escalation Procedures
If at any time during the installation process you have questions or concerns, please contact your VXTECH Sales Representative or VXTECH Tech Support. You should have your original sales order number available and/or your system Service Tag Serial #.

Once your systems are built to your specifications, VXTECH can arrange a number of custom delivery services, using our select carriers, to best meet your work environment and staffing constraints.

Scheduled Delivery Services
With Scheduled Delivery Services, you can benefit from a predictable and/or precise delivery cycle to specific locations. Projects may include recurring deliveries that typically involve a repetitive schedule or clearly defined deliveries with start and end dates. Scheduled deliveries include requests such as a specified date and time or after-hours deliveries.

Pre-Delivery Services
Pre-Delivery Services like standard and custom palletization, order consolidation and advanced delivery notice can better prepare your shipment for delivery, based on your receiving environment.

Destination Services
De-palletization, unpacking boxes and package removal are just some of the Destination Services performed at the business site to accommodate the physical receiving capabilities or product handling needs.
