Robert Ahdoot
President, CEO Hypertec Group
and CIARATECH
Mr. Robert Ahdoot has served
as CEO and President of CIARATECH since 1984 and is largely responsible
for the scientific, experimental and developmental aspects of the company’s
technology.
Mr. Ahdoot was a large contributor to the creative force behind the VXR-3DT
technology and brings the experience of 25 years of acccomplishment as
a project leader both in technology and commercial development. Mr. Ahdoot
received a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Québec
at Montreal in 1977.
Nathan Meirovici, C.A.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer
Nathan Meirovici joined Hypertec Systems Inc. in
1994 as the Company’s corporate comptroller. In 2002, he was appointed
Vice President Finance. He now holds the position of Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer for the “Hypertec Group”, responsible
for all financial and treasury affairs for the group.
Nathan graduated from Concordia University, with a Bachelor of Commerce
degree in 1979. He then attended McGill University in graduate studies
to obtain his Diploma in Public Accountancy in 1981. In 1982, he obtained
his designation as a Chartered Accountant with the Canadian Institute
of Chartered Accountants & “Ordre des Comptables Agrees du Quebec”.
Patrick Scateni
Vice President VXTECH
Since March 2003 Mr. Scateni has been the Director
of business development and co-creator of VXRACK™ Cluster, NEXXUS4000™ Personal Cluster, FUSION-1200™ powered by ScaleMP™
and VXR-3DT™ Commodity Supercomputer. In June 2005, Patrick was
appointed Vice President of the VX Division. Before joining Ciara Technologies,
Patrick spent 20 years in varied management positions, including the role
of Director of Direct Sales at GE Capital in France and Vice President
at Maximum Throughput Storage Company. He holds technical certifications
in a variety of Intel, IBM and Sun technologies. Patrick is also a member
of the “Intel Premier Provider Advisory Board” since 2002.
Prior to his professional career, Patrick earned a Masters Degree in Computer
Science from the University of Technology, Nice, France.
Darcy Letemplier
Vice President VXTECH
Technology & Engineering
Darcy Letemplier serves as Vice President of Technology
& Engineering. Mr. Letemplier is the co-creator of VXRACK™,
VXR-3DT™ Supercomputer Technology, VXSTOR™ Network Storage,
and is the company’s chief visionary for new product development.
Mr. Letemplier brings 12 years of varied experience in technical development
and team management. Prior to Ciara, Mr. Letemplier has held several senior
positions at different high-tech firms, most recently Director of Engineering
for Mynix Technologies. Mr. Letemplier holds a variety of certifications,
including a B.Sc in Computer Science from Bishop's University.
