Ciara has been a long time Microsoft Certified Partner. Through the MCP program, Ciara employees attend conferences that enable them to align our business vision and network with their peers. They also attend training and assessment exams to build knowledge and ensure their success in recommending solutions to customers. They use new products before they launch and gain technical information on new beta Microsoft products. They have access to the same planning documents, case studies, presentations, and white papers as the Microsoft sales team. Finally, They receive on a monthly basis the roadmaps outlining the core competencies and skill development areas needed to prepare for new Microsoft products and technologies.
