The EFE (Enterprise Field Engineer) is a regionally based systems expert that is a critical part of VXTECH's enterprise services team. He/she is responsible for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of VXTECH's Storage Area Networks, VXTECH's VXSTOR Storage and VXTECH's VXRACK/VXPRO solutions.

Performs troubleshooting for escalated issues, conducts deployments and upgrades for heterogeneous or complex environments, and performs preventative maintenance services. Understands and communicates technical and business issues with customer, account team and other internal partners.
